Spa Parties
Looking for a spectacular way to spice up that next luncheon or shower? Throw a spa party! Catering is also available. Please call for details.
Amenities
We provide everything for your spa visit comfort, including towels, spa robes, and shower amenities. Disposable flip-flops are provided for pedicure services, but in order to reduce waste we encourage you to bring flip-flops from home.
Policies
Eastside Oasis and our staff are not responsible for damage to or loss of your personal belongings. It is best to leave all valuables at home. Thank you.
In order to provide a quiet and relaxing environment, young children are not permitted in our day spa. Older children receiving services must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
We request that cell phones be turned off.
Cancellation Policy:
Because we reserve therapist time when scheduling your services, we require that all appointments be confirmed with a credit card at scheduling. We request 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
•With 48 hour notice, you will receive a full refund.
•With 24 hour notice, you will receive a 50% refund. 50% of scheduled services will be charged to your credit card on file.
•If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, 100% of scheduled services will be charged to your credit card on file. Tip Policy:
Our pricing does not include tip amount. Gratuities are accepted by our staff, but not required. Tip envelopes are provided at check-out for your convenience. Gift certificates are not accepted for payment of tips.
